Shipping & delivery

We work with international suppliers. Your item leaves the supplier's warehouse and travels straight to you — it does not pass through a warehouse of ours. That is what keeps the price down, and it is also why delivery takes longer than a shop holding local stock.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 weeks after payment clears. The tracking number is typically issued 2 to 7 days after purchase, and takes a few more days to show its first movement. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: customs and seasonal peaks can stretch the journey.

Once the number is issued you get an email and can follow the shipment on our tracking page, in the language you bought in. Before the carrier logs the first scan, an empty result is normal.

International parcels may be taxed on entry into your country. Those charges are set by customs and are not included in what you paid here.

If 60 days pass without delivery, write to us: we reship the order or refund it in full — your choice.
