Changing your mind
You can cancel within 30 days of receiving the item, no reason needed. It just has to be in resalable condition with whatever accessories came with it.
Faulty or not as described
Write to us with photos of what arrived. In those cases the refund is full and we do not ask you to ship it back — returning internationally usually costs more than the item.
How to ask
Reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact page, quoting your order number. We answer within 2 business days.
Refund timing
Once approved, we request the refund within 5 business days. How long it takes to appear depends on your payment method.
What we cannot take back
Opened personal-hygiene items and made-to-order personalised products, unless they are faulty.
